PRIVACY NOTICE

How we handle your information

Last updated: October 17, 2026.

1. Who is responsible

Carlos Quintero, an individual based in Venezuela, operates the Crece Rápido brand. For any privacy question, email [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you submit the “Request a diagnostic” form we receive: name, company, email, phone (optional), website (optional), your message, the page language and the date and time of submission. We also store the version of this notice you accepted, the browser used and a hashed identifier derived from your IP address, used only to prevent abuse.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message. Please don’t send passwords, banking details or confidential customer information.

3. How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule a conversation, prepare a diagnostic and, if both sides are interested, a commercial proposal. We do not sell your data or use it to send you unsolicited marketing.

4. Consent

We process this information because you send it voluntarily and tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Where it is stored and who is involved

Requests are stored in a database on a private server rented by Crece Rápido. Site traffic goes through Cloudflare (DNS, proxy and security), which may process technical connection data under its privacy policy. If email alerts are enabled, a copy of each request is sent to our business email account, hosted by Google (Gmail). These providers may process data outside your country.

6. How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 12 months after the last business interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are legally required to keep them. Review and deletion are done manually.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. We will reply by email.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use its own cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technologies for service security.

9. Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this notice and its date.
